Dan has been with Freear Philip Ltd since 1997, and became a Director in 2004. He’s a Registered Architect and a member of the NZ Institute of Architects, with extensive knowledge of the entire construction process – from design and project management through to techniques and technology. Dan has managed the Construction Division of Freear Philip through a period of sustained growth, successfully completing a number of large, complex projects. This includes new commercial buildings, commercial fitouts, and a major retail development, with more challenges and opportunities currently underway.
