Here’s how it works:
1. Site visit
Our Relocations Division Manager will visit you on-site at a time that suits to gain a complete understanding of your project and your unique requirements.
2. Comprehensive survey
We’ll perform a detailed survey of all the items that need to be moved – including packing requirements and any challenges involved.
3. Running the numbers
Using our unique pricing method, we’ll calculate the total time and appropriate resources needed to complete your relocation efficiently and safely. We’ll break down every step involved, so you understand exactly what you’re paying for and why, and we welcome feedback and questions.
4. Smart planning
Once the quote has been accepted, our Relocations Division Manager will attend any site planning meetings to assist and guide the relocation process. We’ll assist in numbering floor plans, and explain our colour coding system to your employees.
5. Hassle-free packing
All required packing materials will be delivered to your site in advance at a suitable time. If you wish, our team can assist with packing.
6. Getting you moving
Our team will be briefed on the specifics of your move, and will come prepared to complete your office relocation successfully.
