Gibson Sheat Lawyers are a long-established and well-respected law firm who have been providing legal advice to businesses in the Wellington region for over 90 years.

Freear Philip were tasked with relocating Gibson Sheat from their old office into their newly renovated office on Customhouse Quay.

But with this move, one clear challenge arose. The lifts were too small to fit 24 of their large cabinets. Freear Philip concluded that the easiest and safest solution would be to dismantle the cabinets. This process included labelling all of the 600+ pieces allowing the reassembly to run seamlessly, protecting and securing the dismantled pieces of cabinet, moving and unloading the items, placing everything in their areas and offices, and finally reassembling each cabinet.

In total, Freear Philip successfully relocated more than 2000 items to Gibson Sheats’ newly renovated office and cleared out excess items left in the old office and recycled and redirected them.
