Recently, Freear Philip Relocations had the pleasure of relocating Statistics New Zealand into their new building.
With over 7,000 items needing to be relocated, it was no small job. This move relied on extensive organisation and planning by our Relocations Division Manager to ensure our team worked effectively and in sequence with other companies on site.
After 14 days, the relocation was complete. The Freear Philip team disconnected, relocated, and installed over 1,600 computer monitors (this included mounting monitors onto arms, connecting all cables, running cables through arms, plugging in and testing). This also included moving hundreds of chairs, boxes, plastic packing crates, cabinets, and other items.
Our team worked on 22 different floors between both buildings, using a colour coded labelling system tailored to this specific move for an efficient relocation.
